Where the chassis-development work lives. If your car is unusual, heavily modified, or you want a setup developed from scratch, this is the path. Custom valving past the standard envelope, exotic spring rates, priority servicing and rebuild, and a development program run with you across the season.

Can't find your car in the fitment finder? Perfect. We love new developments and first-in-Australia platform work, and this is exactly the conversation we want to have. Track support is available, even interstate or internationally under separate arrangement. Every kit is a 24-stage adjustable monotube, rebuildable for life.

The price here is indicative and confirmed at consultation, once the programme and valving are scoped to your car.

Every kit ships as the same anatomy, specced to your car: anodised mounts, the knurled adjuster, and a serial number that ties your set to its build file in Monbulk.

The set pictured was built for an FD RX-7. Springs, lengths, mounts and valving all move with the platform and the brief, so what arrives for your car will differ.

Quick answers

01What is the spec sheet, and do I have to fill it in?

It's the workshop brief: what the car is, how you drive it, and what you want out of it. On Benchmark it's optional, so fill in what you know and we cover the rest on the call. On Track and Bespoke it's how the build starts: those tiers are specced to your answers, so the questions marked required have to be in before the build is locked in. Either way it doesn't change the price. The bigger the kit the more it asks, because there's more to decide: a street setup needs a handful of answers, a full bespoke program runs to a proper technical brief.

02What if I don't know the spring rates or the corner weights?

Skip them. Anything you might genuinely not know carries an "Unknown, please advise" option, and several of those numbers we'd rather measure ourselves anyway. Your answers stay in your browser as you go, so you can wander off and check something and come back to it.

03What if I'd rather not do the consultation call?

We keep trying, because that call is where the kit gets specced properly and we'd rather chase you than guess. If we still can't reach you, we build to the best spec for the car and the details you gave us. It's a backstop, not a way around the call.

04What happens after I get in touch?

We come back to you and book the consultation, and that's where we confirm the valve code, spring rate and ride height for your car. It happens however suits you: at the workshop, on a video call walking the phone around the car, or over the phone. Nothing goes to the bench while we're still chasing you for it. Once the build is done you either book fitment at the Monbulk workshop or take the kit to your own.

05Can I fit this kit myself?

Yes, and we'll walk you through it. Coilovers are safety-critical, so torque settings matter, and the car wants corner-weighting and a proper alignment afterwards whoever does the work. If you'd rather we did the lot, bring it to Monbulk.

06What warranty does the kit carry?

Three years or 100,000 km, and it stands for road driving, track days and competition. We don't void it because you race the car. When a set has done the kilometres we strip, inspect, re-valve and reassemble rather than replace it.

07Do you ship outside Australia?

Yes, kits go worldwide, and plenty have. Tell us where you are and we'll quote the freight before you commit to anything. Overseas builds are specced the same way as local ones, on a call or a video walk-around, and dampers can be posted back when a rebuild is due.
